We have a wide range of experience having been in the industry for more than 15 years and learned the different mistakes that many people make in the quest to own a piece of land or houses.

We sell complete products with ready title deeds –once you complete your payment and provide the necessary completion documents i.e. Copy of id, KRA pin certificate, and 4 passport size colored photographs, your title deed us processed within 60 -90 days.This can also take a shorter time depending on the project.

We do research on affordable and genuine land in different counties in our country Kenya and consider the upcoming projects both by the local and national government that gives our client value for their money e.g. tarmac roads, bypasses, airports, electricity, solar power companies like Malindi solar and upcoming cities school & TVET colleges, universities.

All our projects have social amenities i.e. water, electricity, police stations and access to other government services, hospitals, schools, huduma centers, etc.

We endeavor to empower our clients with knowledge to make them understand the process of buying land not only to settle down but also use it as a channel of investment to help them achieve financial independence

Inflation being a factor that affects the price of commodities versus the value of a shilling, we encourage our clients not to save money for investment in financial institutions where they can earn very minimal returns and their money keeps on depreciating in value, due to inflations but rather save it in real estate which keeps appreciating each and every day.

We also do value-additions in all our projects i.e. bacons, well graded roads, fencing, tree planting, boreholes, and a gate.

All our payments are done through our company bank accounts to ensure transparency and ensure that clients keep an audit trail of their payments by issuing them with acknowledgement receipts and sale agreement prepared by our lawyers

We also take clients for site visit on open days to ensure they view the site and make a choice of their plot, on the ground before signing a sales agreement to ensure they are satisfied within their purchase

We also agree with the client on a flexible payment plan between 3-6 months or more depending with the request of the client to encourage many people to invest from all levels

For diaspora clients, we encourage them to select a plot from the subdivision map sent to them online, after which they send a representative to go for site visit and view the plots for them. This can be a relative or a friend. After they are satisfied with the plots, we encourage them to send money directly to the account to ensure their money is safe rather than sending it to a relative to come pay for them.

Once they clear we process their title deed and send it to them or handover to their trustee with their consent or keep it in our safe custody for them to pick once they are back home
